Nature and purpose of business:
The business provides consultancy, training and coaching to clients in the public and private sector.

Clients in the public sector are primarily the Austrian Public Employment Service, ministries, the European Commission and all of the education system.
Our range of services is aimed at a wide range of target groups. In each case, the content is planned, organised and implemented specifically for the target group concerned. Our services include training on specific subjects and personality-forming elements.

Consultancy covers corporate consulting, outplacement, training and coaching. The consultancy work we do mainly relates to process modelling and to organisational and personal development.

What we do is based on the systemic, constructive approach and business principles.
Alongside training in specific subjects (IT, languages, etc.), we offer our clients and their staff our services in all phases of the company's development (e.g. expansion projects, outplacement activities).

We and our partners try to offer our clients the fullest possible consultancy and training service.
