die Berater^® has grown rapidly since it was founded in August 1998. The company now employs over 400 people in over 50 offices all over Austria.

Over 80,000 trainees have completed courses that we have developed and organised. Business magazine Trend has voted us "Austria's Best Employer" on several occasions.

The Ministry of Social Affairs has awarded us the "Nestor" for the quality of our age-related employment models.
