This is important to us, and this is what we are proud of: die Berater® regularly achieve the top positions in the Great Place to Work® Award for the election of Austria’s best employer. Therefore, we were decorated as the Long Time Award Winner in 2008 and also won the special Uing the Potential of Older Employees award.

The Great Place to Work® Award is based on an anonymous employee survey and a culture audit of the HR department. The crucial criterion for a good workplace is the quality of the relationship to the managers, colleagues and to the personal tasks and company. The quality is gauged from an employee perspective on the basis of the factors of plausibility, respect, fairness, pride and team orientation.
